Astro Aaradhyam (hereinafter referred to as “Astro Aaradhyam” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security, and customer assistance. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may choose to return the order. Please note that our refund policy is valid for 07 (seven) days (“Permissible Return Time”) from the date of delivery.
You are required to inform us of your decision to return the product within the Permissible Return Time by contacting us at support@astroaaradhyam.com. For refund on the returned product, please refer to the refund section below. If the Permissible Return Time has lapsed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The Company reserves the right to reject any return if the product is damaged or does not meet the stated conditions.
Non-Returnable Items / Services
Due to the nature of products and services offered, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods, including food items and astro magazines
- Personalized rings, jewellery, bracelets, or wearables made to specific sizes
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software and consultations
- Health reports and personal kundali, Lal Kitab Reports, Fortune Reports, Baby Name Reports, Personalized Couple Kundli Matching, Premium Personalized Kundali, Kaal Sarp and Manglik Dosh Reports
Note: No refund will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.
Return Process
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for return. Please do not send the product back without contacting our support team first.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing timelines and holidays. Refunds will only be issued to the original source of payment.

Sale Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Policy
Astro Aaradhyam provides free shipping within India via reliable courier partners. International shipping is chargeable and insured.
Dispatch Time
Jewellery customization and certification may take 4–5 days. Ready products are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to operational or logistical delays.

Tracking details are shared via email after dispatch.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities (India): 2–3 days
- Other regions: 3–7 days
- International: 30–40 days (approx.)
International Orders & Customs
Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to customs clearance. Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are payable by the customer. If an international shipment is refused or returned, all applicable charges will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds for international delivery issues will be processed within 40–45 days after confirmation and receipt of returned items.
